Catching Up- May 2015
For a little bit, Brian's siblings were getting together every 2-3 weeks and having themed get togethers. It was really fun, I'm not quite sure why we stopped. Well actually, it's probably because Summer started and everyone went on trips. Maybe we can start it up again now that things have settled down a bit.
This week's theme was Cinco De Mayo. Brian and I made shirts. Brian's said, " I hate tacos, said no Juan ever." and mine said, "Imma get jalepeno business."

This year was my very first mother's day.
It was a lot of fun. After church, I was able to take a nap. It was grand.
I decided to start a fashion/lifestyle blog. It's mostly for fun. Also a way to get free clothes and giftcards. And a good incentive for me to stay fashion current. I don't want to be one of those "mom-jean" moms in twenty years!

She learned how to open markers in May... This was a fun way to discover that.
Brian and I stumbled upon this awesome park just seconds from our home. It gives you a great overlook of the city at night while being close enough to grab some food and have a little picnic while it's still hot!
We celebrated Memorial Day by going to a BBQ at Brian's parents. We also celebrated my FIL birthday. We also found this memorial service they were doing for Utah soldiers who have passed away. Each flag had a picture and biography the families had put together. It was a beautiful way to commemorate their lives.
